2. App Usage

• You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer our apps.
• You must not use the apps for illegal purposes or violate any law in your jurisdiction.

3. Intellectual Property

All app content, code, UI/UX, and trademarks are owned by Nexofy Apps and protected by international copyright and IP laws.

4. Compliance with Laws

Apps are developed in accordance with:

• Apple App Store & Google Play guidelines
• U.S. DSA, CCPA, and FTC mobile privacy regulations
• EU GDPR and DSA
• UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021

5. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from app use, service interruption, or loss of data.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our app without notice for violations of these terms.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by U.S. federal law and international digital commerce treaties. Local laws may also apply depending on user location.
